1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Sportswear items (including leggings, tops, shorts, activewear sets, sports bras, and compression garments) must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Intimate sportswear (such as sports bras and compression pants) must remain unopened and sealed. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tried-on intimate items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for packaging and shipping the product back to us.
  • Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit, and include the RA number prominently on the outer packaging.
  • Ship the returned product to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong product, or damaged item received).

3. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria), we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of our confirmation that the returned product is eligible for a refund.
  • All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD), the same currency used for your original purchase.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Opened, used, or washed intimate sportswear (except defective products).
  • Customized or personalized sportswear.
  • Gift cards or e-gift certificates.
  • Products with removed tags, damaged packaging, or signs of intentional tampering.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos or videos of the defective/damaged item and your order details for verification. We will arrange for a free return, replacement, or full refund (including return shipping costs) at our discretion. You may be required to return the defective item to us for inspection.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above to request a refund.
